Meet the therapists

European and Russian therapists trained in European massage technique; several have a focus listed below. Ask for a therapist by name when you message the team on WhatsApp.

How the team works

Every therapist on the team works across the core European menu, from Tension Relaxation Massage and Aromatherapy Massage to Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Stone Massage, alongside the Thai-style treatments and the Moroccan bath. You book the treatment first, and the therapist second if you have a preference.

Tell the therapist at the start where you carry tension and how firm you like the pressure. They adjust the session to that, whichever treatment you have chosen.

Requesting a therapist by name

If you already know who you want, mention their name when you message the team on WhatsApp along with the treatment, duration and a time that works. The team will try to match the request to that day's schedule, since a specific therapist's availability depends on the hour you ask for.

For Double Relaxation Massage, Indulgences For Two and 6 Hands Massage, mention the format in the same message so the team can confirm that two or three therapists are free together at your time.

About our therapists

Can I choose which therapist treats me?

Yes, you can ask for a specific therapist when you book. Message the team on WhatsApp with the treatment you want, the duration and the therapist's name, and they will try to fit the request into that day's schedule. Availability depends on the hour you ask for, because each therapist works set shifts rather than being on call around the clock, so naming them together with one or two flexible times gives the team the best chance of confirming that exact match. If you have no preference, the team assigns whoever is free and suited to the treatment you picked. Every therapist on the team is trained in European massage technique, so a general booking still puts you in experienced hands. Many guests start this way on a first visit and ask for the same therapist by name next time.

What if the therapist I want is already booked?

If the therapist you asked for is not free at your time, the team will offer the nearest slot with that person or suggest another therapist for the same treatment, depending on what matters more to you, the person or the time. Send your preferred name together with a little flexibility, such as a window of an hour or two, and the team will tell you what is possible that day. Because the whole team works across the core European menu, there is usually another option for treatments like Tension Relaxation Massage or Aromatherapy Massage even when one person is fully booked. Asking earlier in the day tends to give the widest choice of therapists and times to pick from. The spa is open daily from 10 AM to 2 AM, which leaves room to move a session later rather than to another day.

Can I tell the therapist how firm I want the pressure?

Yes, and it helps to say it before the session starts rather than halfway through. Tell the therapist how firm you like the pressure, which areas feel tight and anything you would rather they avoided, and they will set the pace and depth of the massage around that. You can also ask them to go lighter or firmer at any point during the treatment, and they will adjust straight away without changing the rest of the sequence. If you are not sure what level suits you, a medium start is a sensible default, and the therapist can build from there once they feel how your muscles respond. Guests who want firm, focused pressure from the first minute usually choose Deep Tissue Massage, while Tension Relaxation Massage suits a steadier, more even touch across the whole body.

How experienced are the therapists at Venetion Spa?

Published experience for the therapists at Venetion Spa ranges from four to eight years of massage practice. Every therapist works across the full core European menu regardless of the years listed for any one person. Zara has eight years of practice with a focus on Thai tranquility, while Eva and Natali both have six years, focused on hot stone and deep tissue work. Anjelica, Alexa and Mira each have five years of practice, and Alla and Alisa both have four years of practice. These figures are listed on the therapists page, and the rest of the team is trained to the same European standard even where a specific number is not listed. A stated focus, such as deep tissue or hot stone, is often the more useful detail for matching a treatment to what you want. Message the team on WhatsApp with a name or a focus area, and they will confirm who is available.

Which therapist should I book for deep tissue, hot stone, Thai or bamboo massage?

For Deep Tissue Massage, Alexa and Natali both list it as a particular focus, so either is a reliable choice for firmer, targeted pressure on tight muscles. Hot Stone Massage is Eva's listed focus, a good match if you want warmth to do part of the work. Zara focuses on Thai Tranquility Massage, the stretching, joint-based treatment on the menu, while Alla's listed focus is Signature Bamboo Fusion, the warm bamboo tool treatment. For a gentler, even, full-body session, Anjelica's focus is Tension Relaxation Massage. Every therapist on the team still works across the full core menu, so naming one of these treatments without a specific therapist still puts you with someone trained to perform it well. Mention the treatment and, if you want one of these five specifically, name the therapist when you message the team on WhatsApp, along with the duration and a time that works for your visit.
